SkyEurope Expands to 16 Destinations

SkyEurope Airlines, based in the Slovak Republic, in 2007 will start flights to 16 European destinations. Beginning March 25, 2007, SkyEurope will depart from Vienna's Schwechat airport to such destinations as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Croatia and Paris. The low-cost carrier's new timetable offers 61 weekly flights in total and can be booked now. "The opening of the Vienna base reflects our strategy to focus on key markets with sustainable business potential," Karim Makhlouf, CCO of SkyEurope, said in a statement.
