United Airlines is launching new service from its hubs in Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles, beginning December 17, and adding Duluth, MN; Asheville, NC; and Midland/Odessa, TX to the company's global network.

United will offer twice-daily nonstop service between Chicago and Duluth; Chicago and Asheville; Denver and Midland/Odessa; and Los Angeles and El Paso, TX. Once-daily service will link Denver with Louisville, KY. The Chicago-Asheville, Chicago-Duluth, Denver-Midland/Odessa and Denver-Louisville services will be the only nonstop flights in those markets.

All of the flights will be operated by United Express carrier SkyWest Airlines.

Service between Duluth and Chicago will offer travelers throughout eastern Minnesota more choice to dozens of cities throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Asheville service is timed to enable convenient connections in Chicago to and from the midwestern and western U.S., Hawaii, western Canada and Asia.

United's service to and from El Paso provides customers with connections throughout California and as well as connections to and from Asia and Australia. United operates more than 200 daily departures from Los Angeles International Airport, including to Europe, Asia, Australia and Mexico.
