Outrigger Enterprises Group has been selected to manage a luxury resort condominium project in Bali. The Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa, on the Bukit Peninsula along the island's southern tip, will comprise 170 units, with a mix of studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The project, valued at $45 million, is scheduled to begin the first half of this year, with completion in the first quarter of 2009. In addition to full in-unit kitchens, plans for the property include two restaurants.
