American Airlines gained access to more lounges worldwide for its Admirals Club members and is in the process of improving curent lounges.
Through agreements with select oneworld and other partner airlines, Admirals Club members can wait in lounges in destinations where American flies, but does not have an Admirals Club, including Seattle, Portland, Budapest, Delhi, Beijing and Shanghai.

This year American opened a new LEED-registered Admirals Club in San Francisco. Also, Admirals Club in Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Boston and the London Heathrow were renovated last year. American's clubs located at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Austin Bergstrom International Airport, New York La Guardia and Caracas, Venezuela are under renovation with a completion date sometime next year.
American is also adding Wi-Fi to its clubs.
