National Car Rental said Monday at the National Business Travelers Association (NBTA) International Convention and Exposition in Chicago that it has begun a frequent flyer program partnership with the new US Airways, which is the result of the recent US Airways and America West merger. Under the new partnership, National customers will receive Dividend Miles for each dollar spent on rental car time and mileage.
