Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii, Gets New Director of Sales and Marketing

Rick Nagaoka has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii. Nagaoka previously held the position of Director of Group Sales for the AAA Four Diamond luxury resort.

Prior to joining The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii in 2007 as Director of Group Sales, Rick spent 5 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Mauna Kea Resort, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for both the Hapuna Prince Hotel and the Mauna Kea Hotel.

Rick was born and raised on Maui and brings with him over 15 years of experience to the position. As the hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing, his duties include overseeing all group and transient sales, supporting public relations efforts and catering/conference activities for the 540-room resort.
