| Four Seasons Resort Hualalai |
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawaii Island recently announced the return of La Dolce Vita, a resort-wide celebration of the “sweet life," featuring Palmina and La Voix wines.
The series of celebratory events, to be held at the resort June 2-4 includes dinners from Executive Chef Massimo Falsini, and is co-hosted by Steve and Chrystal Clifton, owners of Palmina and La Voix wines. A variety of spa, retail and lifestyle experiences add to the weekend of Italian-inspired indulgence.
The line-up of events (schedule subject to change) is as follows:
Thursday, June 2
This day is all about pizza with a pizza making class taking part at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Pizza & Dolcetto dinner hosted by Falsini and winemaker Steve Clifton. It features a selection of specialty pizzas and the newly released Dolcetto wine.
Friday, June 3
Bocce, Bubbles & Bling: Take part in a lively bocce tournament or simply relax court-side while sipping sparkling wine from Palmina. Enjoy browsing the latest in beach jewelry from the Resort’s boutiques.
La Voix Winemaker Dinner: Guests will be treated to a night of dining and wine pairings. Beginning with hors d’oeuvres and wine along the beach before dinner on the oceanfront lanai, winemakers Steve and Chrystal Clifton host the evening, which features a locally-sourced four-course menu and La Voix wines.
Saturday, June 4
Painting & Pinot: Enjoy an afternoon of art and wine. Artist-in-residence Calley O’Neill will lead the group in an abstract painting class inspired by the unique La Voix bottle labels. La Voix Pinot Noir and nibbles will be served throughout the class to keep the creativity flowing.
Palmina Wines Dinner Party: The party begins with passed hors d’ouevres and wine before the main seating. The menu features a four-course prix-fixe dinner and celebration, as winemakers Steve and Chrystal Clifton present a variety of their acclaimed Palmina Wines.
Guests are also invited to book the La Dolce Vita package, which includes luxurious accommodations and a $500 Resort credit applicable La Dolce Vita events. This five-night package is valid on dates between May 31 and June 7 in an Ocean View room.
