Carnival Cruise Lines is expanding its CCL University online travel agent training program with the addition of free webinars hosted by the company's management team.
The purpose of these webinars is to help agents grow their business and give them up-to-date information on Carnival vacations.
The "Winter Webinar" begins January 20, touching on sales and marketing and maximizing social networking.
