Travelers can experience fall's splendid colors and cooler temperatures with accommodations set within diverse scenic landscapes from the Arizona desert to the rolling hills of Virginia and beyond, OTD reports.

White Stallion Ranch in Tucson, AZ – This dude ranch features 41 comfortable rooms, furnished in a Southwestern motif, plus a large common area to socialize and a full bar. At White Stallion Ranch, scenic trail rides wind across the desert terrain into the saguaro studded foothills where panoramic views await. Per person rates from $175 per night or $1162 per week include: lodging (pricing based on room type selected); all meals – from cooked-to-order breakfast to beautifully grilled steak dinners; horseback rides - such as slow rides, fast rides, mountain rides, half-day rides, all-day rides, wine & cheese rides, team cow penning; plus access to all other activities on the property. Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ – The Old West beckons with this horseback riding adventure and stay in the scenic beauty of the Sonoran landscape.  From just $149, this package includes one night’s accommodations (pricing based on room type selected) and a one-hour horseback ride for two guests. Travelers can also extend their Arizona getaway with additional nights at a special value starting from $97 per night for up to three additional nights, based on availability.
