The 413-room Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has been sold for $237 million to the Caribbean Real Estate Opportunity Fund. Marriott will continue to manage the resort for the new owners under a long-term management agreement. The sale was arranged by Sonnenblick Goldman, serving as the exclusive advisor to Plant Hotel N.V.
