Hilton Waikoloa Village Renovations Nearing Completion

After an almost three-year $90 million facelift of the Hilton Waikoloa Village, the resort has completed most of its initiatives. The property's 1,240 guest rooms have been outfitted with new carpeting, fresh paint, new bathroom fixtures and furniture and 27-inch flat-screen TVs. Hilton "Serenity Beds" top off the rooms. The resort's lower lobby was also extended 3,000 square feet, which incorporates additional seating and more tour desks for groups and vendors. The 25,000 square-foot Kohala Sports Club & Spa also was improved, as was the Kohala Tennis Gardens, which added five V.I.P. seating areas, canopies for shade and the replacement of 432 seats. Future resort improvements include development of a Dolphin Quest Village, remodeling of Orchid Café and renovation of over 40 suites. Visit [www.hiltonwaikoloavillage.com].
