The Novotel Baiyun Airport Guangzhou has soft opened next to China's Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, which itself opened in 2006. The 460-room property, which is the airport's official hotel, will have its grand opening later this year. The new hotel includes two business floors with such in-room amenities as high-speed Internet access. The property has a business center, meeting space, outdoor pool, fitness center and spa and wellness complex, as well as four restaurants and a bar. The hotel is Accor's third major airport hotel to open in Asia within the past year, following the Novotel Citygate near Hong Kong International Airport and the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel in Bangkok.
