The Preferred Hotel Group's newest brand, Boutique, which was launched six months ago, now has 50 member properties. Requirements for Boutique properties include exceptional service, an intimate atmosphere with 150 rooms or less, and a strong focus on design. New members include Twelve Hotels & Residences set to open in February in Atlanta; The Regent South Beach opening in March in Miami; Clayoquot Wilderness Resort in Vancouver, B.C.; and Double Island in Queensland, Australia.
