Trump Brand May Come to Hawaii

Miami-based Crescent Heights has acquired 7.8 acres within Ko Olina Resort and plans to build a luxury oceanfront hotel condominium, according to a statement issued by the resort. The parcel fronts Ko Olina's third lagoon. In addition, according to the resort's statement, early discussions are under way about partnering with Donald Trump with the intent of flagging the new property as a Trump Tower. Groundbreaking is slated for the end of this year, and Crescent Heights is looking to open the property in 2008. Visit [www.koolina.com] or [www.crescentheights.com].
