India Takes Steps in Wake of Train Attack

As it worked to help survivors and identify those killed, the government of India condemned the blasts that took place around midnight Feb. 18-19 on a commuter rail line, the Delhi-Attari Express. Two of the 16 coaches caught fire; more than 60 were killed and several others were injured.
