Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Roselle Roces as its new regional director of sales for the travel industry. Roces will be overseeing sales in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada.
Most recently, Roces held the position of global account director at Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, where she also covered North America.
Before graduating from New York’s Berkley College, Roces was already working with Intercontinental Hotels. Roces’ career in sales began at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York before she moved on to a regional role at Ritz-Carlton where she oversaw the New York City hotels as senior area manager of business travel and leisure sales.
Roces joins the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts brand during a time of great expansion, as the company is planning to double its number of hotels in operation by 2020, with 17 new hotels currently under development. To date, Rosewood manages 18 luxury properties across 11 different countries.
