Cebu Pacific, a Philippine discount airline owned by JG Summit Holdings, is offering seats for one peso (approximately 2 cents) in a bid to boost sales. The airline has put more than 50,000 seats on sale through Sunday at the rock-bottom price, which does not include taxes and surcharges.
