On Monday, Remington, an independent U.S. hotel service company, unveiled The Gallery--a signature collection of luxury resort hotels. The Gallery will feature state-of-the-art spa and fitness facilities, fine dining, golf, kids clubs and other recreational options. Remington's growth plan calls for the opening of eight or more Gallery properties by 2010, comprising an initial development plan of more than $1 billion.
