As a professional travel advisor, you know you need to create that vacation experience that’s just right for your clients. Similarly, our goal at Luxury Travel Exchange International (LTX) is to create an event experience that’s just right for you.
LTX, which is set to take place from September 10-12 at The Venetian®, will offer a balanced mix of education, networking and business opportunities. I had the chance to interact with many advisor participants from last year, and was pleased to find that the changes to the format and inclusions we made were right on target. This apart, the discussions also offered more ideas on how advisors will want to spend their time at the event. We are excited to share the 2013 LTX packages:
Popular “Platinum”: By far the most popular for 2012, we’re excited to bring back the Platinum Package. The Platinum Package is the highest tiered package, and offers access to the complete conference program, the Exchange Floor along with a full diary of one-to-one supplier meetings, entry to the Tuesday Platinum Cocktail Hour, Wednesday VIP Networking Lunch with Guest Speaker, the Luxury After Dark Party on Wednesday evening, and the brand-new Around the World Closing Lunch on Thursday. This VIP package also offers admittance to the Platinum Lounge with light breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, refreshments and exclusive amenities as well as special offers reserved only for Platinum Package holders.
Go for the “Gold”: The Gold Package offers advisors terrific value with access to the entire educational program as well as the hundreds of suppliers on the Exchange Floor. Gold Package advisors have the freedom of visiting individual booths without appointments, allowing you to conduct business at your own pace. Bonus value: This package also offers access to the Luxury After Dark Party on Wednesday evening as well as the brand-new Around the World Closing Lunch on Thursday on the Exchange Floor.

Introducing “Pearl”: A new addition for 2013, we are pleased to roll out the Pearl Package. What’s great about Pearl is that it offers all the advantages and freedom that the Gold Package offers, PLUS the Wednesday VIP Networking Lunch with Guest Speaker. We created this package because we found that there are advisors who really enjoyed the freedom of the Gold Package but wanted to take part in the Guest Speaker Lunch which also offers additional networking benefits.
To further customize your experience, programming will be tracked to help you grow your luxury vacation business. Last year, our sessions were tracked by owner/managers, front-line advisors and independent contractors.
