Useless -- travel company and hotel executive know nothing about the difficulties corporate agents are having in this market. Corporate and leisure agents are the backbone of booking nowadays -- give us some useful information that is going to build and grow our businesses instead of this self fulfilling chatter and garbage. Seems like the editors are interviewing for a new job mostly.
