The New York Helmsley Hotel's in-house eatery of more than 25 years, Mindy's Restaurant, debuted an overhauled menu featuring New York-centric dishes and wines. Diners can sample New York fare through signature dishes, crafted by native New Yorker and Executive Chef John Walsh that include Salmon River Salad from the eastern region of Lake Ontario, Hereford shell steak from Albany, and New York State Apple Crisp with Five-Borough Ice cream. The New York Helmsley Hotel is located at 212 East 42nd Street.
