Regent Seven Seas Cruises Gets Ready to Launch Newly Renovated ShipSeptember 28, 2009 By: Michael Grisafe Travel Agent
Just in time for its December 28 departure from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the 490-guest Seven Seas Navigator will undergo a renovation for its New Year’s Caribbean trip. Owned and operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the Navigator’s upgrades are a part of a fleet wide renovation project.
Among the additions and renovations to the Navigator is a new steakhouse called Prime 7, featuring an assortment of steaks, chops, seafood, and poultry. The ships main dining room will also be redone with plush carpets, draperies, and armchairs.
For those who want to enjoy the cool sea breeze while they dine, a new barbeque called Pool Grill will be featured at the top of the ship, while each of the Navigator’s existing lounges will receive new furnishings and design improvements.
And between the wining and dining, the Canyon Ranch Spa Club will give travelers a chance to stay in shape and look good with a fitness facility and a spa with message therapy and skin treatments.
Currently, the Seven Seas Navigator is scheduled to operate seven to eleven night cruises to Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean this winter. Following this, seven-night Alaskan cruises will begin between Vancouver and Anchorage this summer.
