Windstar Cruises Now Offering Wine-Inspired Tours through Barbados

Windstar Cruises is now offering guests the opportunity to learn about wine from winemakers Tor and Susan Kenward of Tor Kenward Family Wines on Wind Surf’s January 16 Barbados to Barbados voyage.

Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays come from Tor’s 30-plus years studying the vineyards of Napa Valley. Tor’s wife, Susan, has written six cookbooks including one James Beard Award winner and her recipes have also appeared in The Barefoot Contessa cookbooks.

During the voyage, the Kenward’s will lecture on winemaking, conduct a wine tasting and give a cooking demonstration.

Wind Surf’s seven-day Barbados to Barbados sailing visits St. Kitts; St. Martin; St. Barts; Îles des Saintes; and Pigeon Island, St. Lucia. Cruise rates start from $1,485 per person, double occupancy.
