Crystal Hospitality Holdings says it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase San Jose-based SunTrips, with the sale anticipated to close in mid-February. Fabrizzio Busso-Campana, who will serve as CEO of SunTrips after the purchase, says the company's priorities will be to pay agents the commissions due to them, pay suppliers and put SunTrips back on course. SunTrips, in operation for 29 years, serves Hawaii, Costa Rica, Mexico and the Azores.
