The pilot of a Heli USA Airways helicopter and three of the craft's six passengers died Thursday afternoon in and after a crash at Princeville Airport on Kauai's North Shore. The three other passengers are reported to be hospitalized in critical condition. Reports indicate that the pilot radioed concern regarding the helicopter's hydraulics before landing. This is the second crash with fatalities the helitour company has had while in operation in Hawaii. The company also operates sightseeing tours over Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.
