The Hapag-Lloyd expedition ship, MS Bremen, will voyage down the Gambia River this October, the first such itinerary for the German cruise line. According to Hapag-Lloyd, MS Bremen is the only ship in the world taking the route in 2007. The 12-day voyage, from October 20 to November 1, begins in Santa Cruz, Tenerife and ends in Senegal, Dakar.
