JetBlue Airways announced that they are launching two daily nonstop flights between Kingston, Jamaica and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The new flight service will begin on April 30, 2012. The morning flight from Fort Lauderdale to Kingston will depart at 7 a.m. and the afternoon flight will depart at 4:50 p.m. The morning flight from Kingston to Fort Lauderdale will depart at 8:40 a.m. and the afternoon flight will depart at 6:30 p.m. The service would be operated by JetBlue’s Embraer E190 aircraft, and the 150-seat Airbus A320. It will also complement the existing daily service from Kingston to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
JetBlue Airways is based in New York and is known for its low fares, extra legroom, award-winning service and Customer Bill of Rights.
