Nevis is getting a new boutique villa property, the Caribbean Journal reports.
The Paradise Beach Nevis will open following renovations to the former Villa Paradiso property's seven three- and four-bedroom villas in January 2015.
Created by designer Adam Tihany, each villa has an outdoor dining pavilion and seafront pools.
