Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico Unveils 2011 – 2012 Entertainment and Dining

Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico has unveiled its 2011 – 2012 entertainment and dining offerings at the  ski in / ski-out Bavarian Lodge & Restaurant at the base of Kachina Peak.

“This season promises great snow and fantastic offerings from the Bavarian,” says Jamie Schulze, who owns the Lodge & Restaurant with her husband, Thomas Schulze. “We’re proud of the new stage and our seasonal menu which reflect our dedication to giving our guests an unforgettable ski experience in the Taos Ski Valley.”

The restaurant boasts a new stage next to the outdoor deck. This winter season the stage will feature live entertainment including jazz and chamber music, as well as hip-hop and rock from D.J. Little Will every Saturday, as well as the Sundays of holiday weekends (weather permitting).

New culinary options include a three-course Swiss Fondue Night menu from $29.50 and a Beef Bourguignonne Fondue from $38.75 every Tuesday starting Jan. 3, 2012.
