Stephanie Ricca is editor in chief of Hotel Management and has been with the magazine since 2006. She has more than 10 years of experience in magazine publishing, daily reporting and political reporting, and she holds a Master's degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Stephanie manages day-to-day operations of Hotel Management and and she coordinates all of the magazine's original research. 

"You never know who you're going to run into when you're traveling. I've seen TV personality Jerry Springer three different times while traveling for Hotel Management—once in Las Vegas (pretty predictable), once in the Palm Court at The Plaza in New York (not so predictable) and a third time in the glass elevator at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. I still wonder what he was doing there. Maybe he's wondering the same about me. "
