Travel Guard Opens New "Green" Headquarters

Travel Guard's new world headquarters opened July 1 with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new address, 3300 Business Park Drive in Stevens Point, WI. The new building is a four-story, 125,000 square-foot facility that uses "green" technology.

"We spent several years planning every square inch of this facility, and we're extremely proud that the outcome is a building that is environmentally responsible and incredibly functional, offering the tools our employees need to be as efficient and effective as possible," said David McHone, vice president of business continuity and development.

The building uses elements which will allow it to receve LEED certification, a standard for developing sustainable buildings that improve air and water quality, reduce solid waste, and improve occupants' and society's well-being.
