New Cruise West Alaska Itineraries

Cruise West is beefing up its Alaska itineraries in 2010 with more Zodiac excursions, more time in Glacier Bay National Park and more included shore excursions.

The itinerary options include:

Glacier Bay Highlights, a four-night cruise on the Spirit of Discovery, which makes 19 departures from Juneau.

Glaciers of Prince William Sound, a four-night trip on the Spirit of Columbia, which makes 19 departures from Whittier.

Alaska's Inside Passage, a new seven-night cruise on the Spirit of Endeavour and the Spirit of Yorktown. This cruise makes 25 departures from Juneau.

Gold Rush Inside Passage, a 10-night cruise aboard all four ships, which makes 12 departures one-way between Seattle and Juneau.

Both Glacier Bay Highlights and Alaska's Inside Passage cruises offer two nights in Glacier Bay. Guests can explore inlets and view sea lions, Harbor seals, mountain goats, bears and more.

In addition, Alaska's Inside Passage voyages include an 'Ultimate Explorers Experience' in Sitka. This includes a Naa Kahidi dance performance by the Tlingit people. There will also be a tour of the Sitka National Historic Park.
