July 7, 2008 By: Mackenzie Allison Travel Agent

The property is offering budget-friendly packages for travelers to experience its new additions

Florida’s Daytona Beach is probably best known as a mecca for motorsports and the Daytona 500. The area does, however, offer a lot more than speedways.

Hilton Daytona Beach

Hilton Daytona Beach has been busy this past year, adding a new kids’ area, where little ones can choose from such perks as swimming pools, a volleyball court, fitness center, arts and crafts areas and video games. For adults, it’s added a spa and restaurant, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, to its list of amenities. To celebrate these new additions, the property is offering several budget-friendly packages for clients who are planning a trip to the area later this summer.

Nice picks for families are the Atlantic Queen suites, which are two-room suites, overlooking the Atlantic. The bedroom is separated from the living area by French doors with two queen-size beds. The Cabana suites, also two-room suites, have direct walk-out access to the beach.

All suites feature two 27-inch TVs, a Hilton Alarm Clock Radio with MP3 connection, a chair and an ottoman, a work desk, two-line phones with voicemail, a coffeemaker, an iron, ironing board, a hair dryer and a sofa bed, as well as items from the Hilton Serenity Collection. The Serenity Bed includes an exclusive Suite Dreams mattress and box springs, Super Topper mattress pad, down-filled comforters, Touch of Down pillows, 250 thread-count sheets and duvet cover, along with custom decorative bolster pillows. The Serenity Bath features Crabtree & Evelyn’s La Source bath amenities.
