Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., a subsidiary of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. recently announced its system-wide traffic statistics for the month of April and the year to date.
According to the statistics, the carrier brought in 772,346 air passengers in April, compared to 720,747 passengers last April, which represents an increase of 7.2 percent.
From January to April, Hawaiian Airlines has brought in a total of 3,171,192 air passengers, compared to 2,939,277. This represents a 7.9 percent increase.
Hawaiian has led all U.S. carriers in on-time performance for each of the past nine years (2004-2012) as reported by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
