Nightly room rates range from $179 to $799; suites range from $500 to $7,500.

Within its 4,004 guest rooms, including 568 suites, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows will offer views of Las Vegas’ skyline. Every guest room at ARIA will deliver a level of personalized automation currently found only in high-end custom homes. As guests first enter, they are “greeted” as curtains open, lights turn on and the TV displays a menu of preferences. Guests can wake up through controlled temperature, preferred music and the opening of curtains.

Technology exclusive to CityCenter offers an easy way to “green one’s stay” by selecting preferred light level, room temperature and frequency of linen and towel changes. Systems also can be programmed to automatically turn off energy-consuming appliances and services upon guest checkout.

ARIA's amenities include fine dining with some of the country's best chefs and restaurateurs such as Masayoshi Takayama of Masa in New York City and Shawn McClain, executive chef at three of Chicago's top restaurants.

There will also be an 80,000-square-foot spa and salon featuring a complete menu of skincare, massage and hydrotherapy treatments, plus a living-room area and smoothie bar.

ARIA’s 300,000-square-foot pool deck will be shielded by oversized palm, acacia, pine and bottle trees. It will feature three large pools, an adult pool, three hot tubs and 32 cabanas for up to 1,500 guests.

The resort will provide a premium meeting experience  with 300,000 square feet of technologically advanced meeting and convention space. Four ballrooms, three featuring fully functioning theatrical stages, will accommodate gatherings of all sizes from 10 to 5,000 attendees. The entire CityCenter campus, including guestrooms, will have wireless Internet access that is up to eight times faster than anything available in a hotel room today.
