Fremont Street Experience Hosts New Year's Eve Tribute Band Show

The Fremont Street Experience will once again host its “New Year’s 2012 TributePalooza Weekend”, according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). 12 of the best tribute bands from around the country will perform from 6:15 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on three stages. The music of the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt, INXS, Van Halen and more will be played on New Year’s Eve. In addition, real fireworks will be set off under the canopy at midnight. They will be synchronized to virtual fireworks on the Viva Vision screen.

It is located in downtown Las Vegas and regularly features free nightly shows that contain 12.5 million lights and 550,000 watts of sound at Viva Vision.
