The First Drag Queen Bar Opens in Vegas

The owner of Krave Nightclub, the #1 gay nightclub in the country, has unveiled a new 22,000 square-foot bar and gaming venue, "Drink and Drag". The nation's first drag queen staffed bar has opened its doors on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.

The new concept features 12 bowling lanes, billiards, 100-inch projector HD gaming console, interactive gaming chairs, air hockey, table-top board games, and more. Guests will enjoy drag performances and VIP treatment, along with a full bar, specialty drinks, and fully automated audio/video sequences. Four lanes of private bowling are also available.

Drink and Drag is located beside the famous Heart Attack Grill on second floor of the Neonopolis, a 250,000 square-foot entertainment complex and shopping center.

“After witnessing the recent mainstream popularity in Middle America of drag-focused TV shows, like ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ and ‘Drag U,’ we decided it was the right time to offer that real-life experience on Fremont Street,” says Tyler Caiden, general manager of Drink & Drag.
