The Novare Group announced plans to bring TWELVE Hotels and Residences to Charlotte's Center City. TWELVE Charlotte will feature approximately 150 hotel suites and 400 condominium units. Suites will offer separate living and sleeping areas, full-size kitchens, private balconies and free high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi access. The group recently opened its first TWELVE hotel in Atlanta. Construction on the Charlotte project is expected to being late this year with an expected opening date of 2008.
