New Orleans CVB Honored in NTA's Distinct Dozen Awards

New Orleans

with two honors at their Second Annual Distinct Dozen Awards. The awards, recognizing product quality and partnership, are distributed based on votes by NTA tour operators.

New Orleans CVB won in the following  categories:

    Silver in Favorite Big City Destination, tied with the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau; NYC and Company took the gold in this category.
    Gold in Favorite Culinary Destination, followed by a silver three-way tie between Visit California, New York State Division of Tourism and Travel Portland

Founded in 1951, the NTA is a network serving more than 600 North American destinations, 1,500 tour suppliers, and 1,500 tour operators. Their buyer members buy travel product both domestically and internationally, while their seller members comprise the largest network of any association in the travel industry.
