Sabre Travel Network has relaunched its Traveler Security and Data Suite, a web-based solution that provides corporations with the ability to quickly locate travelers worldwide. Included is detailed information on travel reservations and personal contact information.
The solution also provides users the ability to query and obtain reporting for 331 days of pre-trip and three years of historical data, including ticketed and un-ticketed data. In addition, the Traveler Security and Data Suite also provides a Flight Threshold Report feature that sends a notification when the number of travelers booked on one flight exceeds a corporation’s travel policy.
Sabre first launched the Traveler Security and Data Suite in mid-2007 as one of the first affordable solutions for corporate travel management companies to meet a growing requirement for their corporate customers. The new release allows subscribing corporate agencies to provide direct access to their corporate clients for immediate 24/7 access to the same information, as well as the ability to define and create their own reports.
System users credited the suite with providing savings on average of $300 per month– and as much as $1,200 a month, as a result of a streamlined process for generating information. This includes less reliance on reports generated through back office systems.
