Jones is a San Antonio agent with Corporate Travel Planners, a Tzell branch that has been a member of Travel Leaders since 2011. She took the award for her excellence and commitment to going above and beyond on behalf of her business travel clients, says Roger E. Block, president of the Travel Leaders Franchise Group, part of Travel Leaders Group.

“There is a special skillset needed to be successful in handling corporate travel – particularly for top executives at major companies – and Trudi has perfected that over the years,” says Block.

In her first year as a corporate agent with Corporate Travel Planners, she earned the agency’s “Corporate Agent of the Year” award for outstanding sales.

“Kim began in this industry over 30 years ago, and her passion for travel and for turning every vacation into the trip of a lifetime for her clients is what’s led to her tremendous success in this business," says Block.

Johnston started working in a family-owned travel agency over 30 years ago, in part, because she wanted the opportunity to travel.  According to her colleagues, she firmly believes it’s important to be an agent that has experienced a destination personally and can provide that intimate knowledge, along with helpful tips, to make her clients’ trips more enjoyable.

Grafe Wampler, a Bloomington, Indiana agent, was honored for going above and beyond on behalf of her business and leisure travel clients, says Block.

“It is clear from the number of countries Tami has traveled to, along with numerous cruises, that she is passionate about travel," says Block. "That enthusiasm extends to making sure she can provide her clients with first-hand knowledge and expertise that will enhance their travel experience."

Grafe Wampler has been in the travel industry for 36 years. Her vast personal travel experience includes more than 20 cruises on various cruise lines – she recently experienced the Galapagos Islands and Alaska via cruising.
