Carnival Cruise Lines Selects All About Cruises For Top Honor

Carnival Cruise Lines has named Burlington, NC-based All About Cruises as its agency of the year. The agency was selected out of a field of 31,000 cruise-selling travel agencies throughout North America and criteria were based on such attributes as professionalism and innovation in sales and marketing. Bob Dickinson, Carnival Cruise Line's president and CEO, praised All About Cruises and its president, Sharon Euliss, for its tenacity, determination and sound business model that promotes group sales. Nearly 75 percent of All About Cruises' business comes from incentive and group cruises said Euliss, who pointed out that success is driven by understanding the unique requirements of each individual group.
