Carnival Launches “BizBuilder” for Travel Partners

Carnival Cruise Lines has launched “BizBuilder,” a resource for travel partners that allows them to create, customize and include real-time information in collateral and advertisements. The new service, available on Carnival’s travel agent portal, GoCCL.com, is an updated version of the former “Ad Wizard.”

“Over the last year, we chatted with numerous travel partners on how we could improve the marketing resources we offer them as a way to grow their business—one of the results of these conversations is BizBuilder,” said Joni Rein, vice president of worldwide sales.

“We’re highly focused on how to be a true partner with the travel agent community by finding ways to help them best market themselves with ease and BizBuilder was created to do just that.”

“BizBuilder” debuts many user-friendly new features. When creating flyers, a drop-down menu will automatically update ship and sail date information based on the selected destination. Flyers can also include travel partner logos, contact information and specific call-to-action information. In the near future, Carnival also plans to add features like customized postcards, group flyers, customized web banners, and html capability. Travel partners can also vote on features they would like to see implemented.
