CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. Invest Heavily to Improve Systems

Cruise agency franchisor, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., a cruise host agency network, have upgraded their servers and systems through a $1 million investment that should speed up response times to customer requests and ensure smoother, more efficiently run operations. Sandi Szalay, vice president of information technology, said the upgraded infrastructure would give members a better experience, and ease any fears that the systems could fray. "Our system infrastructure continues to run at a category five hurricane resistant facility," Szalay said.
