CruiseOne has created a new field marketing team to support CruiseOne franchise owners and their associates across the country. The initiative was implemented with the goal of providing invaluable face-time with franchisees and an exceptional support experience.
Based at the company’s Ft. Lauderdale headquarters, the Field Marketing Team includes:
Kimberly Faiello, manager of field marketing and agent engagement – Faiello is a marketing professional with ten years of experience in the design and implementation of marketing tools to support those in the travel and vacation industry. For the past five years she has managed multiple CruiseOne marketing programs including the launch of the company’s World Traveler magazine and the new Cruise Create Plus.
Karen Hermann, field sales manager – Previously the senior manager of business development for CruiseOne, Hermann has been with the company for more than five years. In 2009-10, she re-defined the Business Development department, increasing partner satisfaction and revenue.
Susan Hall, field marketing specialist – Hall was most recently a business development specialist for CruiseOne.
Additional Field Marketing Team members will be added in the future, with responsibilities divided regionally.
Since its recent debut, the Field Marketing Team has already begun conducting regional meetings, bringing area franchisees together in an effort to boost brand awareness. As part of those meetings – which began in Fort Lauderdale in late September – new regional collaborative marketing programs are in the process of being developed and implemented.
