Crystal Cruises added Fantin, of the 5-Star Bulgari Ginza Tower restaurant, Il Ristorante, has as a guest expert to its Jan. 17 Wine & Food-themed voyage. The Crystal Symphony “Koalas & Kiwis” cruise sails through Australia and New Zealand. Fantin joins fellow culinary masters Chef Damien Pignolet, wine expert Eugenio Jardim and Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.
