Crystal Cruises Announces 2012 World Cruise through the Pacific

BangkokDeparting January 18, 2012, from Los Angeles, Crystal Cruises' 17th annual World Cruise will take passengers on a 94-day, roundtrip journey through 35 ports in five segments, including multiple overnight stays following Crystal Serenity's route through Hawaii, the South Pacific, eastern and western Australia, Indonesia, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Russia, Alaska, British Columbia and San Francisco. This will mark the line's first three-day trip in Beijing, its first trip to Newcastle, Australia, and its first return to South Korea since 1994.

A pre-cruise exclusive Bon Voyage Gala, with luxury accommodations in Los Angeles, launches the voyage for all full World Cruise guests. Over three days in Beijing, the Crystal Overland Adventure will introduce passengers to the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven. Accommodations include two-night stays in Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong and Beijing, and overnight stays in Honolulu, Sydney, Perth, Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai, Osaka and Yokohama.

Passengers can get a detailed day-by-day itinerary online and place deposits for priority waitlist. Guests who book any 2011 World Cruise segment by September 30 can save 20 percent on any other 2011 or 2012 voyage, including 2012 World Cruise segments, not applicable to full World Cruise.
