Disney Cruise Line will return to Greece for the first time in five years next summer. Going on sale March 7, the company’s summer 2020 lineup will also add five new ports in Europe and introduce Adventures by Disney in the Caribbean.
Next summer Disney Cruise Line will head back to Greece with three Mediterranean voyages, all departing out of Rome. Consisting of one 12-night and two nine-night itineraries, these sailings will include stops at Piraeus, Katakolon, Santorini, Mykonos and Crete. Two will feature a new port of call, Messina, Italy, with the third returning to Dubrovnik, Croatia for the company’s first time in five years.
Sailing aboard the Disney Magic, the company’s summer lineup will start off with cruises to the Mediterranean and Greek Isles and then move on to the Baltic, British Isles and Norwegian fjords in northern Europe. In addition to Messina, Disney Cruise Line’s summer 2020 season will introduce stops at Gdynia, Poland; Nordfjordeid, Norway; Plymouth, England; and Zeebrugge, Belgium.
Adventures by Disney is a premium cruise category that offers exclusive excursions, activities, experiences and amenities. Disney Cruise Line will offer the program, already available in Alaska and Europe, in the Caribbean for the first time in 2020. Experiences will include snorkeling trips, kayaking through mangroves and an island-hopping private boat trip.
The cruise company will continue its regular service in Alaska and the Caribbean. The Disney Wonder will sail seven-night itineraries out of Vancouver with stops at Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point and Dawes Glacier. Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream will offer an assortment of Caribbean cruises sailing out of Port Canaveral.
