Hapag-Lloyd Cruises recently released its expeditions brochure for March 2012-May 2013. The line’s two ships, the Hanseatic and the Bremen, will offer 12 international itineraries next season.

The itineraries include travel in Antarctica, the Northwest Passage, Greenland, Spitsbergen, Norway, the Amazon, the South Seas and New Zealand. They also feature new ports of call in Madagascar and Mozambique and a maiden voyage through the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia’s Far East.

The Hanseatic will circumnavigate the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia’s Far East from June 13-30, 2012, with fares priced from $10,810 per person, based on double occupancy, for an outside cabin.

Furthermore, the Hanseatic will also depart December 3, 2012 for a 16-day cruise through Mauritius, Madagascar, Mozambique and South Africa. This cruise features six new ports, including Mozambique, at the city of Ilha dos Portugueses, and starts at $7,750 per person, based on double occupancy.
