Holland America Line is hosting more than 100 sales seminars for travel sellers across North America that will share company news and provide tips on how to capitalize on selling cruise vacations for the next year. During the events, which run through October, travel sellers will meet their local business development manager.
In addition, attendees will hear the latest news from Holland America Line regarding the new Explore4 program that entices travelers to book early for the 2014 season (and select 2013 Holiday cruise dates) with four offers: a free signature beverage package or beverage card, a free specialty restaurant dinner, free or reduced fares for third and fourth guests in the same stateroom and 50 percent reduced deposits. Guests can receive all four offers when booking a qualified itinerary by Nov. 15, 2013.
Travel sellers also will receive information about the line’s new itineraries in Alaska, including the new Land+Sea Journeys, as well as new offerings in Europe and around the world. By learning about the benefits of the premium line in the seminars, travel sellers will be better prepared to communicate the Holland America Line experience to their clients.
The sales seminars also will highlight a valuable opportunity for travel sellers — the Explore4 Sweepstakes. Travel sellers who book their clients through this promotion will automatically be entered into a drawing for the chance to win one of 48 prizes, including four Grand Prize seven-day cruises for two in 2014 in a veranda stateroom. Forty Microsoft Surface tablets also will be awarded, plus four culinary experiences with one including a private, in-home dinner prepared by Holland America Line’s master chef Rudi Sodamin for the travel seller and their top 10 Mariners.
